How do I cancel my order?
As stated in the Conditions of Purchase, If once made and not yet in the” in preparation “phase you would like to cancel the order, then you must write to us at email@example.com stating the reasons for the cancellation.
What payment methods does QPM offer?
You can pay for your purchases by direct bank transfer or by bank card.

Are the pictorial works framed?
It is specified in each work file if corresponding one is framed or not.
Are taxes included in the price of the works?
The corresponding tax is added to the price of the works at the time of payment: 21% VAT.
How are taxes, customs and import duties handled for the included works?
Taxes are calculated and added to the amount at the time of proceeding with the payment. In some international shipments outside the EU, depending on the regulations of the country, customs charges may arise during the delivery process for the person making the purchase.
Who is responsible for the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, except for domestic shipments.
Where are the works shipped from?
The works are sent directly from the QPM gallery or from the studio of the corresponding artist.
How are the works sent?
They are sent professionally packed through different national and international transport agencies of recognized prestige.
What guarantee does QPM give?
All work will be delivered with the respective certificate signed by the artist. QPM undertakes to deliver the Product in perfect condition to the address indicated by the Customer. The Client will have a period of fourteen (14) days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase of the Work. QPM uses payment gateways certified by banking entities.
How does the Gift Card work?
To give art, indicate the amount you want to include in the gift card, add it to the cart and finalize your purchase. Your gift card will arrive directly to the email of the person you are giving a gift to, accompanied by the message you want to convey.
