What is Qué Pintamos en el Mundo (QPM)?

QPM is an online space and art gallery specialized in contemporary art by Spanish artists. You have more information in ABOUT US https://quepintamosenelmundo.com/en/inicio-english/quienes-somos/

Are the works original?

All works are originals created by contemporary Spanish artists.

Why should you use QPM to buy art?

For its careful and varied selection of contemporary art works by Spanish artists and the security offered by its sales system. Culture is one of the main assets of any country, and we offer a platform to promote and enjoy Spanish art with enormous potential.

How do I register for QPM?

Access REGISTRATION / ACCESS in https://quepintamosenelmundo.com/inicio/mi-cuenta/   Fill in the form with your data, click on the lower button “REGISTER” and be part of QPM.

Do I have to create a user account to buy on QPM?

By accessing your user account in My Account https://quepintamosenelmundo.com/en/my-account/ you can edit your profile. It is necessary to have a user account to make purchases in QPM.

How are purchases made in QPM?

To buy the work of art that you want, please access the Cart from the file of the selected work. In “Shipping Address” add the city and country of destination, update the cart and you can complete the purchase.

How can I see my order history?

Through the “Orders” tab located in the “MY ACCOUNT” section, which you can access to the right of the header of the website QPM.

How do I cancel my order?

As stated in the Conditions of Purchase, If once made and not yet in the” in preparation “phase you would like to cancel the order, then you must write to us at info@quepintamosenelmundo.es stating the reasons for the cancellation.

What payment methods does QPM offer?

You can pay for your purchases by direct bank transfer or by bank card.

Is it possible to make a counter offer to try to acquire any of the works for sale in QPM?

You can make a counteroffer by contacting our Customer Service Department at galeria@quepintamosenelmundo.es.

Where can I check the status of my order?

You will receive an email with shipping information and the corresponding order tracking number.

What are the conditions of purchase?

Do I have to contact the artist or just the QPM online gallery?

You should only contact the gallery Customer Service info@quepintamosenelmundo.es.

Are the pictorial works framed?

It is specified in each work file if corresponding one is framed or not.

Are taxes included in the price of the works?

The corresponding tax is added to the price of the works at the time of payment: 21% VAT.

How are taxes, customs and import duties handled for the included works?

Taxes are calculated and added to the amount at the time of proceeding with the payment. In some international shipments outside the EU, depending on the regulations of the country, customs charges may arise during the delivery process for the person making the purchase.

Who is responsible for the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, except for domestic shipments.

Where are the works shipped from?

The works are sent directly from the QPM gallery or from the studio of the corresponding artist.

How are the works sent?

They are sent professionally packed through different national and international transport agencies of recognized prestige.

What guarantee does QPM give?

All work will be delivered with the respective certificate signed by the artist. QPM undertakes to deliver the Product in perfect condition to the address indicated by the Customer. The Client will have a period of fourteen (14) days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase of the Work. QPM uses payment gateways certified by banking entities.

How does the Gift Card work?

To give art, indicate the amount you want to include in the gift card, add it to the cart and finalize your purchase. Your gift card will arrive directly to the email of the person you are giving a gift to, accompanied by the message you want to convey.

How can I keep track of the works offered by QPM?

You just have to register and/or follow us on Facebook and Instagram.

How can I search or filter by art?

You have at your disposal the works classified by type of art in COLLECTIONS https://quepintamosenelmundo.com/en/inicio-english/colecciones/ or in the artist list https://quepintamosenelmundo.com/en/artistas-3/

What guarantee do I have of the privacy of the data that I provide to QPM?

Does QPM send SPAM?

In no case will we send you electronic commercial communications that you have not previously requested (by checking the box enabled for this purpose in our forms or by subscribing to our Newsletter), as is required by Law.

You just have to contact our Customer Service Department requesting the cancellation through info@quepintamosenelmundo.es.

Can I offer my work in QPM?

At QPM we make periodic selections of new artists to include in our gallery. If you want your works to be available on our website, please send your data, CV and photos of the works that you want to put on sale to: artistas@quepintamosenelmundo.es. If our team of experts selects you, we will contact you.
